Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation or invoice does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GSPRICEMART.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, wholesalers, or any other customers who intend to resell the products offered. However, computer repair shops are welcome. GSPRICEMART.com reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept, decline or to supply less than the quantity ordered. Orders for over $2000 may require additional approval. All prices are subject to change without notice: Due to the dynamic nature of the Internet & Competition techniques, prices on computer parts and electronic components may change at any time without notice. GSPRICEMART.com does not offer price protection. All terms and conditions of this sale including, but not limited to the limitations of liability also apply to any other individual, company, organization or group. If buyer does not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, buyer may cancel this contract by returning all the products in the original unopened state to the Returns Department within 15 days from the original date of receipt of goods.
Processing:
Credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer. For security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 1 to 5 days for in-stock items. When the goods are shipped, a charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit card bank. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us unless otherwise stated. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event that an item is not in stock and must be shipped at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only once for shipping and handling of the entire order. Free Shipping advertisement applies to 48 States. Not available for AK, HI, APO, FPO addresses. Upon receiving an order from AK, HI, APO & FPO address, you will be notified and further instructions will be provided.

Returns & Exchanges:
GSPRICEMART.com provides a 30 day refund, repair & replacement warranty. After 30 day period, all exchanges are made directly thru manufacturer unless otherwise stated. All warranty paperwork provided upon delivery of the product. Please obtain an RMA number and follow the returns instructions you will be provided with. For product replacement or refund requests, please return the entire item package including all accessories. Package contents will be verified for completeness before a replacement / refund is issued. Please Note, that any physical damage will automatically void the product warranty and we will return any products that exhibit physical damage back to you. Please make sure that your item is actually defective and that you have ruled out other incompatibility possibilities before returning the product.
All Product returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will receive a response after we review your request, usually within 24hours! Product returns must be received by GSPRICEMART.com within 30 days from the date that your product was shipped out. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be waved on all DOA items that we are able to verify as defective during our testing process. Shipping charges & fees are not refundable. Customer is solely responsible for sending returned products to GSPRICEMART.com. We recommend using a reputable shipping company capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of your shipment. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only.
Unauthorized or Unmarked returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense. Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned due to an invalid address, are subject to a 15% Return Fee plus applicable handling fees.
Products sold with a Manufacturer or Direct Warranty must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. For these items, the warranty policy from the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer or end-user.
GSPRICEMART.com strives to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. In the event a product is listed with an error in pricing or incorrect description, GSPRICEMART.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit card charged. In the event that a credit card has already been charged and an order subsequently canceled, GSPRICEMART.com will issue a refund to the credit card account in the amount of the charge.
GSPRICEMART.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall GSPRICEMART.com or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or a loss of business or profits.
